In order to lose weight, I tried various of methods, but none of them worked. At first, I tried to drink the slimming tea, it tastes bad and makes me suffer from diarrhea. I found it was really not a good way for long-term weight-loss. I also tried to lose weight by taking exercise. I can still remember that my Fitness coach told me doing exercise and taking meizitang are the most scientific and healthy methods for reducing weight. I did agree with his viewpoint, but not everybody can adapt to such a huge amount of exercise. Doing exercise helps burn fat, so many people think no matter how much they eat, doing exercise will help them to burn the fat. I also thought like this before, but I knew I was wrong later. I didn’t lose a pound but kept putting on weight. Some of my friends even played jokes on me saying, "you will be fatter if you keep doing actions for losing weight". I really felt shame to myself……in order to stop being fatter and fatter, I calmed down, thought more and analysed what was the exact problem. I found I had been thinking about losing weight blindly. From drinking slimming tea to doing exercise, they never helped me lose one pound. I knew the reason finally---I ate too much!
Usually my appetite is much better than my friends, and I always keep desserts in my mouth. I always regret eating too much but I cannot resist the temptation of delicious food. But every time when I see the beautiful dresses and clothes, how I hope I am slim enough to put them on! I feel very contradictory when I face the delicious food and the beautiful clothes, I know I cannot own both of them! I am determined to make a weight-loss plan to control my appetite. Westerners like to caulate the heat of food but I think it is very inconvenient. So I decide to decreace my every meal to half plus a meizitang everyday. For example, I just eat one bowl of rice instead of two. In addition, I also drink a big cup of water or eat some fruits before meal. Futhermore, I will never eat anything other than the 3 meals. I have a small know-how, every time after supper, i brush my teeth immediately which can remind me I cannot eat anything from now on. Besides, I put all snacks out of my eyesight so that I will not be attracted by them.
Willpower is the most important thing for Weight-loss, we must have enough willpower to control our own desire for all kinds of foods. We have been successful when we are not attracted by any kind of food. We can reduce our food intake to depress our desire for food. Gradually, you will not always expect the next meal, you will find that you are full eventhough you have not taken meizitang. At this moment, you are becoming slim. Rome wasn't built in a day, reducing weight is also a long and difficult course. It will not do harm to your health only when you try to lose weight slowly and gradually. We must lose weight in a healthy way. We must know well of our body condition before we start to control the appetite.
Everybody is able to lose weight, you will be beautiful if you believe in yourself, and you will also lose weight successfully like me.
In my opinion, there are only two kinds of people in the world----the ones who will never put on weight no matter how many they eat; the others are ones who are becoming fatter and fatter everyday even though they only drink water.
